Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel, or seek a refund for, a payment made through the SKJMS Platform (the "Platform"), operated by Shri Kantha Jilla Modi Samaj, Shri Modheshwari Sankul, Pethapur, Gandhinagar, Gujarat — 382610.

Payments accepted on the Platform are primarily registration fees for community events such as the Yuva Parichay & Sneh Sammelan. These are participation fees for a community programme and are not the purchase of any physical product.

Cancellation requests will only be considered if the request is made within 10 days of making the payment, and in any case before the community has begun compiling or acting on the submitted registration. Once a registration has been included in the event compilation, or the event is within 15 days, cancellation requests may not be entertained.

A refund will be issued in the following cases:

• Failed or duplicate transaction: an amount was debited from your account but no registration was recorded, or you were charged more than once for the same registration. The excess or failed amount is refunded in full.
• Event cancelled by SKJMS: if SKJMS cancels the event for which you registered, the registration fee is refunded in full.
• Approved cancellation: where a cancellation request is approved by SKJMS under Section 02 above.

Except in the cases above, registration fees are generally non-refundable once the registration has been submitted, as the fee covers the community's costs of organising the programme.

Where a refund is approved by SKJMS, it will be processed within 10 days of approval to the same payment method used for the original transaction. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account thereafter depends on your bank or payment provider.

Any convenience or processing charges levied by the payment gateway at the time of the original transaction are not refundable.
